The amount of sessions will depend upon the difficulties you are having and this will be led by yourself. Everybody is different some people may need six sessions, some may need slightly more.
At first it is helpful to have sessions on a weekly basis. This allows us to build a good relationship and means that the previous session is still fresh in your mind. Once you start to feel better we may take a longer period of time between sessions to allow you to practice you new techniques.
My prices are agreed with my clients taking into account personal circumstances.
